Bulbrokers acted as registration agent and provider of brokerage services for the transfer of the shares of Globul and Germanos to Telenor

In July 2013, the Greek mobile telecom operator Cosmote Mobile Telecommunications (majority owned by Deutsche Telekom) completed the sale of its Bulgarian subsidiaries - Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile (operating under the brand Globul – the second largest mobile phone operator in Bulgaria) and its local retailer Germanos Telecom Bulgaria (Germanos) to Telenor Mobile Telecommunications (Norway). The agreed acquisition price amounted to EUR 717mn on a debt and cash free basis.

Bulbrokers Consulting together with the brokerage arm Bulbrokers, acting as registration agent and provider of brokerage services,  structured and coordinated the closing procedures for the share transfer execution via a transaction on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
