Ivo Prokopiev

CEO

Mr. Prokopiev holds a degree in Banking and Finance from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia and Executive MBA from INSEAD. Mr. Prokopiev is Chariman and CEO of Alfa Finance Holding. He is also co-owner of Economedia Publishing Group, one of the largest publishing groups in Bulgaria and the largest business media company in the country, owner of the influential weekly Capital and the leading news site Dnevnik.bg.

Mr Prokopiev has been a member of the Board of the World Association of Newspapers and News Publishers (WAN-IFRA), member of the Board of the Directors of the European Newspaper Publishers’ Association (ENPA). He has been a Chairman of the Confederation of the Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria (KRIB).

Ivan Nenkov

Managing Director and member of BoD

Mr. Nenkov graduated from the University of National & World Economy with a Master’s Degree in International Economic Relations.

He has been participating in the development of the Bulgarian financial markets since 1992, as a financial journalist initially, and later on he has occupied various managerial positions with local financial institutions. He is CEO of Financia Group, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bulbrokers. He is also CEO of Bulbrokers Consulting and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alfa Asset Management.

Mr Nenkov has a leading role in forming and developing the emerging markets debt team, as well as in the development of services and relations with foreign customers where these participate in the local market.

Konstantin Nenov

Shareholder

Mr. Nenov graduated from the University of National & World Economy with a major in Transport Economics and Management.

Since 1999, he had occupied the position of Managing Director of Alfa Finance Holding. He was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Kaolin – the largest industrial minerals mining and processing company in Southeastern Europe. He was also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Solarpro Holding.

Mr Nenov has great experience in carrying out privatization and investment transactions, drawing up consolidation strategies for companies, investment intermediacy and management of industrial projects.

He has been a member of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Chamber of Mining and Geology.

Yuri Katanov, CFA

Managing Director and Board member

Yuri Katanov graduated from the University of National & World Economy with a major in Tourism. He has profound and long experience in the field of corporate finance, financial analysis and counseling. Mr. Katanov is Executive Director and Member of the Board of Alfa Finance Holding.

He is also Executive Director and Member of the Board of Landmark holdings. Mr. Katanov is former Senior Financial Analyst in Bulbrokers and economic analyst in the leading business newspaper Capital weekly.

He has participated in structuring and executing some of the largest M&A transactions in Bulgaria, including real estate ones.

Georgi Pulev

Chief Financial Officer

Georgi Pulev holds a bachelors degree of "Business administration" from American university in Bulgaria, master’s degree in the field of "Trade management" from the University of national and world economics and MBA from the South University in Oregon (USA).

From January 2007 until now he is CFO and Administration Director of Alfa Finance Holding. Mr. Pulev has sufficient experience in the field of business administration and financial controlling as a CEO, CFO and Administration Director in "Chipita foods Bulgaria" (2004 – 2006) and Audit Manager of KPMG Bulgaria.

He is a member of ACCA.
